Although I love a good rainy run, when there is lightning, then you have to find another routine.
I don’t know about you, but I have my go to alternative cardio routine that I sometimes think is harder than my typical runs. I use Biggest Loser’s Cardio Max. I first bought the DVD when I was headed to Germany for a year and was unsure whether I was going to be able to join a gym.
It’s served me well, but at times I worry about plateauing and getting into a rut even in my rainy day routines.
What do you do?
