Who are schools users?

I couldn’t have said it better myself.

Gamers understand to make a successful game, they need to do the following:

  1. Design the game with the user in mind.
  2. Provide continuous feedback.
  3. Make it challenging enough that the user is interested, but not impossible that they will quit in frustration. (Flow theory)
  4. Work with an end in mind.

Sound like a good model for  school?

Is there a school out there that doesn’t think of itself first as a business serving parents or public expectations?
