There’s a wideness in the world when we take a moment to stop and wonder. A grandeur that helps us realize all that weighs us down, really doesn’t matter in the wide, wide world.
It’s easy to be consumed with all that is around us and forget that wideness. When you don’t know what to do or how to help make the world just a bit more beautiful, go find the wideness.
Stop and stare and wonder at the wideness.
Watch the ripples stretch across the water or listen to the morning songs of the birds. See the sunlight playing peek-a-boo through the tree limbs. Notice the different colors of the fallen leaves in your path.
When you do, you’ll start to understand there’s a wideness in you, too.
