As I have listened to many advent sermons, I have been struck by how many contain the message of the resurrection within them.
I understand their reasoning, but when I read the Christmas story, I read myself into the story.
I recognize the miraculous events that surround his birth and I recognize that something is beginning and starting, but I love feeling with the other characters the uncertainty of where this is going.
It’s comforting to me having finished my first semester of divinity school and with my first Affiliate Summit quickly approaching.
